On what day will I receive my order?
Your orders will be delivered on Saturdays. In the future we may offer more delivery days but for now Saturday will be the only day deliveries are made.
When should I place my order?
Menus will be posted on the website & social media platforms every Sunday. Orders will need to be placed no later than Tuesday.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can always cancel your order. Orders must be cancelled 24 hrs prior to Saturday delivery to avoid being charged the full amount of the meal.
Can I make substitutions if I have dietary restrictions? Can I order items a la carte?
Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
At this time, we will only be accepting orders of the full menu.
How do I provide gratuity?
We greatly appreciate any amount of gratuity. Gratuities will be accepted by our delivery driver upon arrival of your order.
Can my meal be eaten the day after it is delivered?
Our sushi contains raw fish so, it is best and preferred that it is eaten on the day it is delivered.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
Yes, we would prefer that you are home to receive your order. If that is not an option at the time of delivery, we suggest leaving a cooler with ice packs where we can drop off the meal.
What areas are you delivering to?
We are currently only doing deliveries between The Sea Ranch and Anchor Bay. To be more specific we do no deliver past the Anchor Bay Campground. We can arrange pick up if you are past this point.
Is this a club I need to sign up for?
No, there is no need to sign up. Just place your order!
Can I order for large groups?
Yes, we allow orders for large groups. Please contact us and we can come up with a menu that will accommodate your large party.
